Dr. Dre Tour Beats.... fakes?

Today, I got them. I'll tell the truth, I'm cheap and ordered them off of ebay. And well, since it wasn't from a surely legit seller, I went online and checked if they were fake or real. On the web, I found several videos/forums/pictures of different fakes of these headphones. Generally, I saw two fakes. One type was easily told by the box. If not the box, then a lot on the headphones were missing. Then, there was the confusing second type. This type was A LOT closer to the real; And I believe this is the fake I got. Really, I think I'm just being paranoid and that these are actually real, but for $50, I doubt it.
